Hi, I’m Alex.
Nice to meet you.
My job is to help people create sophisticated web applications. I have a deep appreciation for the open web platform and enjoy creating apps that make sense. Over the years, I’ve contributed my expertise to a wide range of web projects, from small agencies to large corporations. Along the way I met some incredible people, learned from them and gained valuable experience.
I began my career in 2006 at a small web development agency, where I took on a lot of responsibility right from the start. I quickly grew to love my job. After completing an apprenticeship in media design with an award, I moved on to a well-known agency. A little later I got offered a scholarship and started to study business informatics on the weekends. With a diverse set of skills and a degree at hand, I decided to become self-employed in 2017. Since then, I’ve been supporting my clients in building web applications in various roles.
I’m not a specialist. I consider myself a generalist with an emphasis on frontend development (T-shaped, if you will). I don’t confine myself to a specific technology stack, tools, process, or job description. I stay flexible on purpose and can adapt swiftly.
